Delivery options

You orders will be delivered by Taxipost.

When you choose for delivery by Taxipost the following services are included:

• Your parcels are insured for a value up to €500. If the order is above that amount, we will provide an additional insurance of the total amount of your parcel.
• We provide you with the signature requirement, meaning someone has to sign for the delivery, thus insuring you that your parcel has been received, and prevents wrongful deliveries.
• For Belgian custumers only, there is always a “Taxipost Easy Retour” slip in the parcel, ensuring a no-charge-return possibility for every delivery.
• The client receives a shipping information mail, containing a Track-and-Trace number, enabling him to follow the shipment at all times.

During sales we do not provide free shipping. But we guarantee you the lowest transportation cost for your destination.

Please consider possible delays during sales. Our delivery time might get a little bit longer than one working day because of the increased volume of orders. We assure you that your order will be handled and shipped as soon as humanly possible.
