Ordering is pretty easy! Just shop around and put your clothes into the basket.
When you click on 'Checkout', you will be asked for some details we need to complete the order. It is possible to check and correct any errors in your order until you submit your order on the secure ordering page.
If you already have an EMILEA account, your personal details will be filled in automatically, and you just need to check them to make sure they are correct.
All orders made through EMILEA are subject to acceptance by us, by an order confirmation. We may choose not to accept your order and will not be liable to you or to anyone else in those circumstances.
Your order confirmation will contain your order number and details of the goods that you have ordered. Please note this email is an acknowledgement and is not an acceptance of your order that will only be accepted when final payment is made.
Acceptance of your order and the formation of a contract between us will take place when we send you a shipping information e-mail confirming that the goods you have ordered have been dispatched to you, containing a “track-and-trace” number. Your order is now completed unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with our cancellation and returns policy.

EMILEA accepts payment via credit/debit card. As a minimum we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal. However, depending on your location more payment options may be available.
